Andre Rieu in Wonderland on the Big Silver Screen

For the first time in its existence, Andre Rieu Productions in conjunction with the Minerva Cinemas, presents one of his concerts on the big silver screen in the theater.

Van donderdag 6 december t/m woensdag 13 december a.s. From Thursday, Dec. 6 to Wednesday, December 13 as zal in de Minerva Bioscoop in Maastricht, een week lang eenmalig en exclusief  een aantal  vertoningen plaatsvinden van "André Rieu in Wonderland". Will the Minerva Cinema in Maastricht, a single week, excluding a number of impressions made of "Andre Rieu in Wonderland". Een voor de bioscoop geremasterde versie in digitaal HD beeld en geluid. One for the cinema geremasterde version in digital HD picture and sound.

André Rieu will appear on the big screen for the first time in his musical career.
 This was announced Friday by the management of the director and violinist.

The movie theater Minerva in Maastricht will show "André Rieu in Wonderland" from 6 through 12 December, a compilation of the two concerts he gave this past summer in the fairytale park "De Efteling" in Kaatsheuvel. It will be a repeat of the concert DVD. According to Minerva's theater manager it is an exclusive celebration of representation and sound which was aired on television.

 If the movie is a success in attendance, the possibility exists that it will be distributed nation wide.

IN HIGH DEFINITION IN THE BIOSCOOP TO BEWONDEREN

In his latest special, we see Andre Rieu of a very different side of him than we are accustomed, as an interpreter of fairy tales! Samen met zijn orkest, koor en vele solisten heeft hij in Nederlands beroemdste sprookjespark "De Efteling" twee schitterende concerten gegeven, waarin de meest sprookjesachtige muziek verwerkt is. Together with his orchestra, choir and soloists, he has in many Dutch famous sprookjespark "De Efteling" two wonderful concerts, in which the most enchanting music is processed. We horen en zien sprookjes van over de hele wereld, uit opera en operette, musical, klassieke muziek, ballet en film. We hear and see fairy tales from all over the world, from opera and operetta, musical, classical music, ballet and film. Muziek uit Hänsel und Gretel, het Zwanenmeer, Die Zauberflöte, Das Land des Lächelns, Sneeuwwitje, Peer Gynt, Frau Luna e.v.a. Music from Hänsel und Gretel, the Swan Lake, Die Zauberflöte, Das Land des Lächelns, Snow White, Peer Gynt, Frau Luna eva Dit alles voor het decor van een echt sprookjeskasteel, met alle bekende sprookjesfiguren, van prinsen en prinsessen tot de grote boze wolf, de heks en een heuse tovenaar. All for the decor of a real fairy-tale castle, with all known sprookjesfiguren, princes and princesses of the great evil wolf, a real witch and wizard.

 Medewerkers aan dit bijzondere concert zijn: de jonge Australische operaster Mirusia Louwerse, de sopranen Carla Maffioletti en Carmen Monarcha, Musicalster Suzan Erens, The Platin Tenors, de Amerikaanse bas Brian Dickerson, solisten van het ballet van de Weense Staatsopera, Die Volksmusikspatzen, het Internationaal Danstheater en honderden sprookjesfiguren. Contributors to this special concert are: the young Australian operaster Mirusia Louwerse, the sopranos Carla Maffioletti and Carmen Monarcha, Musicalster Suzan Erens, The Platin Tenors, the American bass Brian Dickerson, soloists of the ballet of the Vienna State Opera, Die Volksmusikspatzen, the International Danstheater and hundreds sprookjesfiguren.

André Rieu in Wonderland is met zijn prachtige muziek en fantastische kleurrijke beelden puur kijk- en luistergenot voor jong en oud, ontroerend en meeslepend. Andre Rieu in Wonderland with his wonderful music and colorful images purely fantastic viewing and listening to young and old, touching and compelling. Maar het zou André niet zijn, als er niet ook het nodige te lachen viel! But it would not Andre, if there is not even necessary to laugh drop!

Een unieke kans om deze schitterende special in High Definition te zien en te horen. A unique opportunity for this wonderful special in High Definition to see and hear.

Aanleiding voor deze vertoningen waren de uitstekende reacties na een speciale besloten voorstelling van de DVD "Andre Rieu in Wonderland" welke in HD kwaliteit en digitaal geluid op een groot bioscoopscherm werd vertoond. The reason for these impressions were excellent reactions decided after a special presentation of the DVD "Andre Rieu in Wonderland" which in HD quality and digital sound on a large movie screen was active. Zowel bij Andre Rieu als het management van het bioscoopconcern overheerste de stemming om iedere Nederlander te laten meegenieten van dit overweldigende spektakel in beeld en geluid. Both Andre Rieu and the management of the bioscoopconcern dominated the vote at every Dutchman to take advantage of this overwhelming spectacle in the picture and sound. . .

Dear Fans & Friends Around The World, Today many in the U.S. are voting in local elections.  I hope your choices win. It seems everywhere Andre goes, people say they would vote for him for President, Ambassador to the World, Leader of this or that, and it is no surprise so many of us feel and think that way.  We look for people of integrity, those willing to do what is needed to get the job done.  Yes, for us fans it is no wonder that Andre is hugely successful.  And he did it all "My Way".
